Do you work with individuals or only organizations?
Both. I work with organizations on team and leadership programs, and with individual professionals on a one-on-one basis. The entry point for individuals is usually the Control course, with one-on-one coaching for those who want to go deeper.
What does a speaking engagement look like?
Every talk is customized to your audience and context. I don't have a fixed keynote I deliver identically at every event — I build around what your people are actually dealing with. Most keynotes run 45 to 60 minutes with time for Q&A. Workshops run half or full day.
Do you work with sports teams or only professional organizations?
My background is in professional baseball, but the frameworks I teach apply equally to corporate environments, healthcare, first responders, and any other high-demand professional context. The psychology is the same regardless of the field.
How quickly do engagements typically start?
It depends on the scope. A speaking engagement can typically be arranged within a few weeks for available dates. Organizational programs take longer to scope and schedule. One-on-one coaching can often begin within one to two weeks of an initial conversation.
What's the Control course and how does it fit with your other work?
Control is a self-paced course built around the same frameworks I teach in organizational and individual work. It's the most accessible entry point — seven modules, a companion workbook, and a personal operating system you build as you go. Many people start there before pursuing more personalized work.
Do you offer group rates for the Control course?
Yes — if you're interested in licensing Control for a team or organization, reach out directly and we'll work something out.
